From seeking out prime locations for new projects to identifying new and exciting opportunities that promise long-term capital growth, Ari has the eye for recognising future success. Ari’s motto which underpins Hold is the customer is paramount and translates to Hold's personal care and attention in every small detail.
Economist and Certified MBA, Dor specializes in all the financing, economic and planning aspects of real estate transactions, following six years’ experience in a leading appraisal office.
Limor manages Hold's finance team. She has over 20 years of financial management experience in various businesses and companies.
Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ariel University.
Since graduating he has served in a wide variety of management positions in the execution of complex residential, commercial and employment projects at leading real estate companies.
In his role at the company, Rubi dictates the quality of workmanship and the high standard in the field without compromise.
Since 2001, based on his vast legal experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, Ilan has personally handled hundreds of varied agreements relating to all aspects of real estate transactions, in addition to and including a variety of sales agreements.
